The system covers the
whole customer management system in the company from the application
for a phone number to the management of customers' problems.
The system is used in all branches of Elion with the
total number of users of about 500. It is a client-server
application which has been created using the database system
Oracle and the development tool Centura Team Developer.
Call layouts
in Internet - Andres Lomp
The system enables viewing
the layouts of long-distance calls via Hansabank's Internet
bank. It is a web-based application which has been created
using the database system Oracle and the development tool
Oracle WebView.
Trilateral

A system for the management
of trilateral agreements.
A system for drawing up telephone bills and sending them to customers.
All telephone bills are created by the settlement system.
About 100 million rows containing telephone call data must
be processed in order to compile the telephone bills.

manager which helps the manager to administer and have an
overview of his/her agreements. It is a web-based application
which has been created using the database system Oracle and

agreements and customer agreements. Initially the system has
been only for internal use in the company, but soon the telephone
owners will be able to manage their agreements themselves.
Information
system of the Rescue Board - Jaak

Registration
of rescue and first aid alerts received on the 112 emergency
number, co-ordination of rescue operations and management
of resources.
Management
(alert generation) of fire alarms received from surveillance
equipment installed to objects (hotels, manufacturing buildings,
etc.).
The
systems are used in all alert centres of the Rescue Board
with the total number of users of about 50. It is a client-server

System for
the management of insurance policies and claim handling

The system covers the whole
life cycle of an insurance policy from the conclusion of the
insurance contract to the payment of compensations. All insurance
policy kinds - standard, complex, border and international
motor third party liability insurance - are managed. It is
a web-based application which has been created using the database
system Oracle and the development tool Oracle WebView, with
the total number of users of ca 1500.
Public sale
of the mandatory motor third party liability insurance in
the Internet - Andres Lomp
The system enables car
owners to conclude the mandatory motor third party liability
insurance contracts over the Internet. Access to it is from
Hansabank's and the Estonian Union Bank's Internet banks.
The system also covers the insurance company's internal operations
with the policies. It is a web-based application which has
been created using the database system Oracle and the development
tool Oracle WebView.

insurance. Data of the insured object are entered in the
system, on their basis the payment schedule and the respective
amounts are calculated.

system also handles other internal operations with the insurance

A web-based home and property insurance management system. The
system has been designed for insuring houses, apartments,
cottages, outhouses, property in the home and civil liability
of the house owner. Unlike the previous version, with this
system more than one object may be included in a policy, the
objects may be situated at different insurance locations.

A web-based system for managing property insurance of legal
persons. The system has been designed for insuring the property
of legal persons and private entrepreneurs which is used for
business purposes. The insured property may be: building/construction,
physical share of a building, movables, but also the liability
arising from the ownership and administration of property.

motor insurance- Märten Soo
A web-based system
for managing the optional comprehensive motor insurance (kasko).
The system has been designed for offering comprehensive motor
insurance to vehicle owners who want additional insurance
cover besides the mandatory motor third party liability insurance.
The system of managing additional
comprehensive motor insurance contracts and a group policy
system are a part of the comprehensive motor insurance.
It

on a travel against damage cases which may happen during the

Similarly to the public
sale of home insurance in the Internet, public sale of accident
insurance in the Internet is now also available. Both the
home insurance and the accident insurance work in the same
environment where it is possible to add other insurance kinds
easily.
